Fastener Technology
Fastener anti-loosening technology: provide food-grade thread sealant, through the international food and medical grade certification, high-grade environmental protection and non-toxic, but also can prevent stainless steel pipe fittings due to vibration caused by loosening, shock load or wear and leakage.
Fastener riveting technology: riveting is a connection method formed by riveting the rivet through the prefabricated hole of the connected part. There are two categories of rivets, hollow and solid, and the riveting process is divided into cold riveting and hot riveting, and riveting is used in the jointing of metal structures that bear severe shock and vibration loads, such as bridges, construction, shipbuilding, heavy machinery and aircraft manufacturing and other industrial sectors.
Fastener welding technology: Welding fasteners are widely used in automobile manufacturing, involving the joining of thin plates and other parts. The technology of welding fasteners includes design and test requirements and assurance measures, including product types, dimensional shape tolerances, mechanical properties, materials and surface treatments. At the same time, it also includes details such as welded plate thickness, hole diameter, multi-layer sheet metal hole design principles and clearance requirements. In addition, the methods and requirements for torque testing and extrusion testing are included.
Fastener anti-lock technology: When the stainless steel fastener is locked, the pressure and heat generated between the tooth lines will destroy and erase the chromium oxide layer during the period, so that the metal tooth lines will directly block/shear, and then the phenomenon of adhesion will occur. Butter, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, mica, talc, or wax impregnation are recommended to lubricate the internal and external tooth lines to reduce lockout.
